| YES! The quote we give you is the total price you will be paying. There will be no extra charges. It includes the taxes, insurance, gas, credit card charges. |
What does door-to-door service mean?
|
| Door-to-door service means that you don't need to drop off or pick up your vehicle from a terminal. You will have to provide us with the location where the car needs to be picked from and where it needs to be delivered at. Exception: some residential areas have restrictions on truck size; there might be a need to change the pick-up or delivery point to a parking lot near the preferred address that is accessible for a truck; this can be discussed with the driver prior to pick-up and delivery. |
Will my car be insured?

| Your car will be insured under the carrier's cargo insurance from the time the Bill of Lading is signed at the pick up time and until it is delivered. The insurance covers up to $250,000 for open carriers and up to $500,000 for enclosed carriers. This is at no extra cost! Please read the Terms&Conditions for more details about coverage. |
Can I pack some belongings in my vehicle?

| By the DOT regulations you are not allowed to have any belongings in the car but drivers don't mind if you pack up to 100lbs. These must be placed in the trunk and you ship them at your own risk - the belongings are not insured! |
Are the pick up and delivery dates guaranteed?

| NO! The dates we give you are just estimates. Due to weather conditions and the nature of the business, we cannot guarantee the dates. The driver will do his best to pick up/deliver on time, but please have in mind that the driver is travelling cross-country with up to 10 cars on his truck. The traffic and other customers can cause delays. |
How can I track my vehicle?

| As soon as we assign a truck for your vehicle we will give you the carrier's name and phone number so that you can track the vehicle yourself. The driver will give you 12-24 hour notice before pick up and delivery, so you don't have to be waiting around on the estimated dates. |
My car is non-running. Can it be transported?
|
| If your car is non-running please make sure you let us know before we send out a driver. A special truck is required for inoperable cars. Also, the price differs, it is usually $100-$200 more than it would be for an operable car. Inoperable cars MUST roll, steer and brake! |
What is the cancelation fee?
|
| We don't charge a deposit until your car is scheduled for pick up and we call you with the dates. If you cancel prior to us calling you, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel after we called and gave you all the information, you loose your deposit. |
